My PDF won't convert — what should I do? +
Check if your PDF is password-protected (you'll need to remove the password first), or if it's a scanned document (scanned PDFs can't be converted to Word — try the PDF to Text tool). If the issue persists, try a different PDF to rule out file corruption.
Is there a file size limit? +
Yes, the maximum supported file size is 50MB per file. Files close to this limit may take longer to process, especially on slower devices.
